Founded in 2005, HNE Media started out servicing the needs of businesses in and around the Bishop’s Stortford area, all while working out of a small bedroom. Mini DV tape and cameras on shoulders were the standard. Since then, things have moved on and so have we!
Today we produce content and training for organisations across the country, we have worked with Premiere League Football Clubs, Government and Local Authorities and well known brands. Meanwhile still keeping in touch with our roots, playing an integral part in local community growth through the use of video through creating video for clients but also teaching how to create video.
Meet the founder
James Garrett
When he isn’t filming, training or giving presentations James spends his time socialising with friends, swimming and walking and spending time with his family. James is the founder of the company and embodies the company values of honesty, integrity and education; giving every project the people factor and the personal touch.
James is an experienced video producer with 20 years experience. Since 2013 he has been training businesses and organisations how to produce their own in-house video content through practical training courses. James is an Associate of the Consortium, a collective of business consultants and business advisors based in Essex working with a wide range of local authorities.
