The costings vary depending on the number of shoot days and the pre-production planning involved. Site visits prior to filming are charged in addition to this fee. With over the phone and zoom support, we should only need to visit the school once, minimising interruption to your lessons and school life.

How do I book a school promo video?
Please call us on 01279 883 270 or email hello@hnemedia.co.uk to discuss your ideas. We can then make recommendations and present you with a quote which is bespoke to your requirements. We predominantly work in and around London and the shire counties but we can travel UK wide, although fees will vary depending on your location.
Our typical lead time for attending your school to film, is just a few weeks depending on how busy we are and how quickly you can organise the filming schedule with teaching staff, pupils and governors/partners etc. Once filming has been completed we typically have a first draft for approval within 10-15 working days. Although for tight deadlines, for example a forthcoming open day or evening, we can offer priority editing for an additional charge.
